I have been an artist all my life. I got a scholarship in the 5Th grade and started taking lessons in drawing and painting in Ft. Worth, Texas at the Children's Museum. I graduated with a BFA in Painting and Drawing from the Univ. of Georgia. I was a designer and illustrator in the commercial art field for 20 years and then returned to Painting for the last 20 years.I have studied at the Art Students League in New York and taken many workshops. While drawing has always been a love, I am currently exploring texture in my painting.
