Peggy has painted for several years and paints
in a number of mediums, being oil, acrylic, watercolor and occasionally
pastel. She paints most any subject matter. She has attended many
workshops given by well known artists and feels she is always a
student, eager to keep on learning. She has won many awards. She
has paintings at the Waverly House in Springfield Missouri and
various places in the Lake of the Ozarks area. She is a member
of Women Artists of the West, National Oil and Acrylic Painters
Society, Missouri Watercolor Society, Bartlesville Art Association
and Ozark Brush & Palette. Her paintings have been licensed
in over one hundred open edition prints, currently on the market.
They are also licensed on Floor mats, coasters, garden flags, hat
boxes, greeting cards and rugs. She used to teach classes and she
would tell her students, “we are always students, so open
your eyes, absorb what you see, and paint with emotion”.
It is fascinating – this world of art! TAKE TIME TO ENJOY
IT!
