The first time I held a paint brush I had a powerful sense that this was going to be the journey of a lifetime. From
that point forward I hve continued to find pure joy in not only the laying out of objects for my still life work, but
more importantly, the laying down of color on the canvas. Manipulating the colors and finding just the right brush
strokes to bring a sense of calmness and rest to my work. Looking beyond the strokes of color on my canvas, I
hope the viewer will sense a connection between what is seen and what is imagined.
