Artist's Statement

Jane Coulombe has lived in Southern California since childhood and has studied with many respected artists during her career. Her work is exhibited at Tirage Art Gallery, One West California Boulevard, Pasadena, California.

Traveling has given an added dimension to Coulombe’s work and a great appreciation for the spontaneity and freshness of painting en plein air. Frequent travel to France has produced paintings that reflect impressions from Paris to Cannes, Strasbourg to Etretat and the small villages and countryside along the way.

Jane Coulombe is a member of Oil Painters of America, a Signature Member of Women Artists of the West and an Honorary Life Artist Member of the California Art Club.
