Artist's Statement |
Carol was born in Michigan and began oil painting with her artist parents at age 8. She is an accomplished Southwest painter of still lifes, as well as scenes including figures and animals. Carol has been influenced by the masters’ paintings in Europe as well as the United States. She has appeared on television several times and been featured in publications. Her work has won many awards, and her paintings are included in collections throughout the United States, Canada, Europe, Asia, and the Middle East.
She is also a member of Oil Painters of America. Carol is represented by Art Exchange Gallery in Santa Fe, New Mexico and LBar Gallery, Kerrville, Texas. |
